PVPower Return Policy

Return or exchange? We accept return or exchanges for new, unused items purchased from PVPower Inc, please contact us at sales@pvpower.com or at 866-274-0642. Additional details below.

14 Day Policy

You may return any eligible product ordered from PVPower Inc. within 14 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise.

Refunds can only be granted for the purchase price of the product and can only be issued to the credit card or payment type used at purchase.

Return Process

If you would like to return an item please contact sales@pvpower.com for approval and to acquire a RAN (return authorization number). PVPower will only accept returns that have an approved RAN associated with the order. It’s important to note, any returned items without a RAN will not be processed.

All returns will be processed as quickly as possible, after receipt of the goods within 72 hours Monday-Friday.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return all products must be unused with all original packaging and documentation accompanying the item(s). PVPower Inc. cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred after a customer has signed for item(s) in good condition.

Shipping & Restocking Costs

Shipping cost to return non-defective items is the responsibility of the customer, not PVPower Inc. If item(s) are defective the PVPower Sales Team will make arrangements for a replacement, please contact sales@pvpower.com or 866-274-0642. Please note, original shipping costs can not be refunded.

A restocking fee of up to 30% may be applied; fees vary based on the actual item purchased. Please work with the PVPower Sales Team to determine specific restocking fees, if any.

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims must be handled by the product manufacturer, please contact PVPower Inc. for the latest and appropriate manufacturer contact information.

Order Cancellation

If you’ve placed an order by mistake please contact PVPower at sales@pvpower.com or via phone 866-274-0642 to cancel the order within 2 hours. We will do everything we can to cancel the order, although sometimes orders are quickly processed.

PVPower Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing changes with manufacturers, pricing errors, omissions, mistakes, or for any other reason. While we make every effort to satisfy and fill every order, occasionally we mdake a mistake on our website regarding pricing, in-stock status of a product, or description. In these instances PVPower Sales Team will notify you of the mistake and ask if you would like to cancel the order or proceed with the correct pricing or information.
