PVPower Shipping Policy

Geography

PVPower ships parcel and freight to the US and Canada.

Rates

Our shipping expense is passed on directly to our customers and we never mark-up our shipping. We negotiate our shipping rates with our carriers regularly and pass the savings along to our clients.

Carriers

PVPower ships with FedEx, USPS and UPS for parcel shipments and uses a competitive, publicly-traded freight and logistics partner to find the least expensive freight carrier for each of our orders. We welcome our clients to use their own freight provider and arrange a pickup for orders over $5,000.

Freight Shipping Estimates

PVPower quotes and Web site shopping carts often contain a freight shipping estimate. If there is a significant adjustment in the freight quote, we notify our clients before completing their order.

Order Processing & Handling

Because of the complexity and size of some of our client orders, processing and handling can take anywhere from 2-6 days.
